These two ranges have been selling really well for me over the past year and seem to have a wide appeal which is great! I use vintage maps and antique sheet music allowing every piece i make to be totally unique and original.
But its a new year now and I have already visited two major trade fairs; Top Drawer in London and Spring Fair in Birmingham and both were very fruitful.. I have bought in new ranges for spring/summer at the shop including new cards and wrapping paper from Roger La Borde who do a delightful collection of cards by Rob Ryan which will compliment our stock from Wild and Wolf of Robs work that includes his plates, mugs, egg cups, travel bags and purses etc, whas not to love??
We also have the return of jewellery from Watch this space who make brightly coloured resin pieces at a very good price. I am trying to get back to my roots with the shop and have begun to show many more individual makers designers work including jewellery by Amanda Coleman, Ashi Marwaha and Adele Taylor. I introduced these makers before Christmas and so far the response has been brilliant. I think alot of people are looking for something unique, hand made and British but at affordable prices and its my aim to provide them on the Bailgate in Lincoln. So next time you are in town why not take time to come and pay us a visit and simply be delighted at all the wonderful work we have in at the moment.
